Content warning; This is a collection of dark poetry, drawings, and short prose with heavy themes relating to trauma, PTSD, depression, and depersonalization/derealization, and they cover topics such as self-harm, existentialism, death and dying, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, and general abuse.
This is a part of my ongoing project of mental health awareness. My goal is to be as open and honest as possible about my symptoms to raise awareness, and in each book that's a part of this project, I will list resources in the back to get people started in seeking out help if they need it. I also want to offer a free copy of any of my books in this project to anyone who may be struggling to gain access to books. So don't hesitate to reach out if you can't afford them ♥
